🔆Deadline:
_{A hard deadline will be set two weeks out from the day the invoice is paid. Finished work may be sent earlier than that, but two weeks is the maximum time until delivery.If three days pass after the deadline without delivery of completed work, and you aren't willing to wait additional time, you may request a full refund to be issued. You don't get to keep what I did so far, though.}



🔆Wait List:
_{Filling out the Google form will add you to the commission queue. If slots are open, I'll be in contact with you within the day. If slots are full, however, I'll add your name to the wait list and message you when the next available slot is open.}



🔆Payment:
_{Payment is only accepted through PayPal, and fully up front. I'll send you an invoice thru paypal once a price has been agreed on, that way you and I have a receipt that protects us both.I will not begin your sketch until it is fully paid. I'm not interested in accepting partial payments or payment plans, feel free to commission some time in the future instead.}



🔆Delivery of Final Art:
_{When your commission is complete, I will send you a link to the files for download via OneDrive.}



🔆Revisions:
_{Three revisions are allowed at the sketch stage ONLY! Once the sketch is approved, only color changes are allowed. This is because essentially I have to start over.You are welcome to ask me to change the entire pose, or the facial expression, anything you want, as long as we're at the sketch stage. You can request revisions up to three times, after that we must move forward with one of them.I don't count an error on my end as a revision, like if I forgot to put an accessory. Please let me know and I'll fix it with no additional cost. Just please help me catch it sooner than later! ^^;}



🔆Character/Outfit Design Mockups:
_{Instead of a sketch, Character and Outfit design commissions receive three rough mockup designs that vary slightly from eachother to choose from. Once you pick one, you're allowed to request three revisions from there, but we must move forward with one of those three revisions.}



🔆Resolutions I use:
_{The completed work that will be delivered is a full resolution png image without watermark. My legible saintcrow signature will be on it in a subtle, nondistracting, and not-croppable area.}Headshots illustrations:
~ - 2480x2480 square, 600dpi
Bust, Half body, Full body:
~ - 2480x3508px at 600 dpi.


~If you need a smaller size, I can generate one for you no problem. If you need something bigger, you must let me know before you approve the sketch!! If you let me know too late, it may not be possible to deliver what you want without *loss of quality.
